Regional Growth Trends StoryMap

Introducing the Capital Region Trends & Forecasts StoryMap, a collaborative initiative between CDRPC and the Capital Region Transportation Council. StoryMaps are web-based maps that convert text, data, images, and multimedia content into an interactive experience to tell a story. This StoryMap explores regional planning trends and challenges in the Capital Region and will be used to inform the development of the Transportation Council’s next regional transportation plan. The regional transportation plan will guide investment in the region’s transportation system to become more reliable, more sustainable, and more accessible to all that use it.

Once you open the StoryMap, use the tabs at the top to navigate to topics that interest you. Topics included in the StoryMap is information on demographic, economic, land use, travel patterns, and climate change trends – all focused on the Capital Region.
