Fernanda Farche is an Environmental Planner at the Capital District Regional Planning Commission (CDRPC) with a background in architecture, urban design, and regional planning. She holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the State University of New York at Albany and brings international experience in land use planning, housing, and GIS-based analysis from work in both Brazil and the United States.  Fernanda’s work focuses on data-driven planning, sustainability, and community-centered solutions across housing, transportation, and environmental initiatives.
